CRESSI Compact Octopus Regulator.

Octopus Compact uses the same casing as the Second Stage Compact model made from special hi-tech polymers, the only difference being the yellow front cover.

New Extremely simple and less complicated single shell second stage made from ABS and elastomer, compact small size (6 cm in diameter), Very light weight (145 g). Its mechanism and development are perfectly planned to obtain the minimum number of components and very strong.
It is a smart buy due to its combination of performance, reliability, price and cost of maintenance.
It is perfect for uses requiring maximum reliability and ideal as a travel regulator, given its lightness combined with the first stage MC5.

It is also perfect for rental in diving centers, as a work regulator with AC2, and as an addition to the high range MC9.
The specific calibration of the inhalation mechanism slightly changes the air delivery as compared to the Ellipse series; the feel and sensitivity of these models is exquisite, with an abundant flow without needing to exploit the Venturi effect.
This feature provides a limited tendency to free flow on the surface and when positioning the equipment in the water, ideal for schools and rentals, octopus and double regulator.

The SCUBAPRO A700 Second Stage is ideal for cold water diving with a highly polished metal body the regulator also stands out at the dive site. Typically, most of regulators made from plastic, which makes them lightweight and durable but is a very poor material and dissipating heat. The A700’s body made from metal, which allows heat to move away from the internal mechanism, reducing the chance of the components freezing and causing a possible free flow. To keep the weight down the regulator is very compact making it very comfortable in the mouth and barely noticeable. A VIVA control knob allows the airflow around the inside of the regulators body to be adjusted to limit the chance of free flow at the surface.
