This updated 3mm hood features a new design and pattern, and a new interior plush lining for comfort. The hood is made of 100% high-stretch Everflex Nylon outside lining for maximum flexibility. It’s a welcome addition for warm-water diving. No face seal.

This new dive hood is made of 100% high-stretch Everflex Nylon on the outside for maximum flexibility, and 100% smooth-skin material on the inside to create an excellent seal on the head and face, minimising heat loss from water transfer. This is must-have head thermal protection for extended temperate to cold-water dives.

CRESSI Standard Hood 5mm.

The CRESSI Standard Hood 5mm thickness is for Male and Female. A separate hood, which can be used with a full-bodied dive suit, also has a soft neoprene sealing strip along the contour of the face and around the mouth and jaw area.
The Cressi Hood fits in all body types for men and women. It is watertight around the face and neck with neoprene material that fits comfortably, while the hood also frees trapped air.
A hood is the perfect item to have when you want to stay warmer for longer as most of your bodys heat leaves through your head so wearing a hood will keep the heat in. It is also perfect for sun protection and to prevent stingers in the tropical areas.
